This Shipping Policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver your order.

1. Processing Times

Orders are processed Monday–Friday (excluding bank holidays).
Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours, but please allow up to 1–2 business days during busy periods.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

2. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time within the UK:

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
Delays may occur due to:

  • Courier issues

  • High seasonal volume

  • Incorrect shipping details

We are not responsible for courier delays once the order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Occasionally, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions — these will be clearly stated at checkout.

4. Delivery Address & Information

Please ensure your delivery address is correct when placing an order.

Mighty Salts Ltd is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Lost packages due to address errors

  • Additional fees for re-delivery

If you make a mistake, email dan@mightysalts.com as soon as possible — we’ll try to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed once the order is shipped.

5. Tracking Information

Most orders include tracking.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link directly to your email.

If you do not receive tracking information, please contact us.

6. Lost or Missing Deliveries

If your order has not arrived after 7 business days, contact us at dan@mightysalts.com with your order number.

We will investigate with the courier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. International Shipping

At this time, Mighty Salts Ltd only ships within the United Kingdom, and internationally to Denmark, Ireland, Germany, Netherlands, and Sweden.
